| Abstract/Citation: | Amends following Sections of the Act No. 155/1995: 4(2), 8(3), 15, 16(4), 17(2,4), 18(1); repeals 18(5); amends 31(1), 32(2,3), 33(1), 34(4), 36(1), 41(1), 42(3), 50(4,5), 51(1), 53(1), 54(3), 56; repeals Section 57; amends 58, 59(2), 61a(1); adds 61a(4); amends 67, 71(2), 107, 108 and the Annex specifying the age of retirement for men and women depending on their year of birth and for women also the number of children. Aso amends the following: - Act No. 582/1991 on the organization and implementation of social security; - Act No. 357/2005 Coll. on awards to participants in the national struggle for liberation and the creation of Czechoslovakia and some survivors; - Act No. 198/1993 Coll. Lawlessness of the Communist Regime and Resistance to it. |
