Abstract/Citation: Amends the Labour (Conditions of Employment of Certain Workers) (Minimum Rate of Wages) Order by replacing the First Schedule with a new one. Increases the minimum weekly wage rate for the following groups of workers employed in:
- hotels, guest houses, night clubs and liquor restaurants;
- retail spirit shops;
- liquor stores;
- taverns; and
- restaurants, cookshops and parlours.
