| Abstract/Citation: | The amendments modify the eligibility, amounts and computation of entitlements of different benefits in the competence of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs. Amends following sections of the Act No. 187/2006 on medical insurance: 13(1), 18, 19, 23, 24, 26, 28 and 29; repeals 29a; amends 30, 34, 56, 61, 64, 65, 84, 97, 105. Amends following sections of the Act No. 589/1992 on social security: 5b, 5c, 7, 9, 14, 14a, 14c, 15; repeals 15b; amends 17(2), 22, 23b. Amends following sections of the Act No. 262/2006, Labour code: 66(1), 76, 77, 123(5,6), 192(1), 194. Amends following sections of the Act No. 117/1995 on social assistance: 2, 5, 6, 7, 25(1), 26(1), 30(1), 30a(1), 30b, 31(1), 37(4), 40b(2), 43(1), 44, 45(1,3), 46(1), 51(2,4), 54(2,3), 57(1,2), 58(2), 68, 69(1). Amends following sections of the Act No. 435/2004 on employment: 5, 25(3), 30(1,3), 39(2), 44(3); adds 44a, 44b; amends 46, 50(3), 56(2); adds 58a; amends 59(2), 60(7), 60a, 61, 62, 63, 65, 114, 142. Amends following sections of the Act No. 108/2006 on social services: 11(2), 15(2), 18(1,3); repeals 18a; amends 25(1,4), 107. Amends following sections of the Act No. 582/1991 on the organization and implementation of social security: 13(2), 16a(3) and 83(2)c. Amends following sections of the Act No. 155/1995 Pension insurance act: 9, 10, 16, 25, 36, 65, 67a and amends the annex. |
