Abstract/Citation: |
Ordinance amending the Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance. Section 6A provides for the general duties of a proprietor to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of all persons employed by him or her at an industrial undertaking. Section 6B provides that every person employed at an industrial undertaking, while at work, must exercise reasonable care. A Schedule lists consequential amendments to subsidiary legislation relating to factories and industrial undertakings. |
