Amends article 2 (8) ss. 4 (identity cards for seafarers issued in accordance with ILO Convention No. 108 and ILO Convention No. 185), article 3 (1) J (holders of seafarer identity cards issued in accordance with ILO Convention No. 108 and ILO Convention No. 185) and Appendix 8 (List of States which have ratified ILO Convention No. 108 and ILO Convention No. 185).
