| Abstract/Citation: | To regulate the judicial conformation procedure for the people's mediation agreements reached upon mediation by the people's mediation committees and further establish and improve a conflict and dispute resolution mechanism which links litigious and non-litigious ways, these Provisions are formulated pursuant to the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Mediation Law of the People's Republic of China and in light of the actualities of the judicial work. |
