| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the 1988 Regulations of the same name by increasing the amount of payments to persons disabled by pneumoconiosis, byssinosis, diffuse mesothelioma, primary carcinoma and bilateral diffuse pleural thickening, or to dependents of persons who immediately before they died were disabled by such a disease. |
