| Abstract/Citation: | Order No. 6 of 2011 deals with the conditions and rules concerning the entitlement to retirement pensions for care givers of disabled persons. In this regard, the insured person or the beneficiary who takes care of someone with a moderate or severe disability is entitled to retirement pension payments, if they have an accumulated service period of at least 20 years for men and 15 years for women. The caregiver must be a Kuwaiti citizen or have a Kuwaiti mother. |
