Lag (2011:545) om ändring i lagen (2002:546) om behandling av personuppgifter i den arbetsmarknadspolitiska verksamheten.
Abstract/Citation
Amends article 1, 9, 10 and 14 providing for regulations concerning the scope of the Act which is not applicable to labor market policy activities providing for health care under the Health Care Act (1982:763). These activities are instead covered by the Patient Data Act (2008:355).
