Amends various articles in the following acts concerning adjustments of regulations related to pension scheme, sick benefits and employment benefits:

1: National Insurance Act (No. 19 of 1997).
2: Act (No. 76 of 2004) respecting Labour Market Initiatives (Labour Market Act).
3: Act (No. 131 of 2009) on Social Services in the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration.
