| Abstract/Citation: | Repeals chapter 7 section 2 (as amended by Act 1188/2009). Amends chapter 1 section 5 (1) p.10a, chapter 2 section 19 (1), chapter 10 section 1 (2), p.5, section 3, chapter 11 section 4 (1) (as amended by Act 313/2010 and Act 1188/2009) respecting general provisions, labor market conditions for the recognition of benefits, provision of benefits paid during the period of receiving employment promotion services and provisions for enforcement. Introduces a new (3) to chapter 1 section 2 replacing the (3) repealed by Act 1188/2009 respecting integration benefits. |
