Abstract/Citation: Amends section 9, 12 (3) (as amended by Act 627/2009), 13 (1), 24, 94 (title) and 94 (1), 120 (2) and (5), 149 (as amended by Act 1097/2008), 179 (1) and 179 (1) p.7, p.9, and (3) (p.9 and (3) as amended by Act 1292/2006) and 182 (2) (as amended by Act 1274/2006) respecting various provisions for employees pensions.

Introduces a new (3) to section 92 and a new p.10 to section 179 (1) (as partially amended by Act 1292/2006) respecting benefits deducted from the retirement and pension funds responsibility for benefits to be paid jointly.
