| Abstract/Citation: | Section 7 of Act No. 74 of 2006 is replaced as follows: Disabled persons are entitled to BD 100 monthly social allowance (as from January 1st 2011), according to the conditions and requirements established by a ministerial Order after the approval of the High Committee. This allowance will not affect any other rights or benefits granted to disabled persons. |
