| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 38, 39 (1), 62 (2), 81 (as partially amended by Act 516/2008) and 114 (4) respecting the conditions applicable to children, income requirement for the granting of residence permits, procedures for applying for residence permit because of family ties, work without residence permit and the granting of residence permits for family members to persons with international protection or temporary protection. Introduces a new section 6a, a new section 6b, a new (3) to section 36 (as partially amended by Act 358/2007) and a new (3) to section 37 (as partially amended by Act 380/2006) respecting forensic studies, the general conditions for granting residence permits and family members. |
