Abstract/Citation: Amends section 2 (1) p.7 and p.8, section 4 (3) p.2 and (4), section 5 (1) and section 5 (2), section 123 p.11 and p.13, section 129 (title), section 150 (2) p.3 and (5), section 198 (1) p.1, section 206 p.1 and section 210 (1) p.2 respecting alignment with EU regulation. In those circumstances where EEC Regulation No. 1408/71 on the application of social security schemes to employed persons and their families moving within the EU, under Article 90 of the EU basic regulation on social security, applies to the persons concerned, the provisions in force at the time of enter into force of this Act will apply. Section 4 (3) p.2 and (4) as amended by Act 1097/2008 and section 206 p.1 as amended by Act 526/2009.

Repeals section 129 (2).
