Repeals section 8-10 and 15. Section 15 as partially amended by the Act 355/2004.

Amends section 2, 3, 5-7 and 11, 12 ss.1 and 3, 14, 17 ss.1, 18, 19 ss.1-3 and 20 respecting various provisions. Section 7 as amended by the Act 1253/2006 and section 12 ss.1 as amended by the Act 1152/2003.

Introduces to the Act new sections 5a (conditions for the granting of adult education assistance for entrepreneurs), 12a (Adjusted adult education assistance) and 17a (granting of adult education assistance for entrepreneurs) and to section 30a new ss.2 (funding).
