Lov (Nr 29 av 2010) om endringer i lov om Statens Pensjonskasse, lov om samordning av pensjons- og trygdeytelser og i enkelte andre lover (oppfølging av avtale om tjenestepensjon og AFP i offentlig sektor i tariffoppgjøret 2009).

Abstract/Citation

Amends the following Acts concerning follow-up of the agreement on pensions and early retirement in the public sector wage agreement in 2009:

1: Act (No. 21 of 1946) on war pension for military people.
2: Act (No. 22 of 1946) on the war Retirement home force personnel and civilians.
3: Act (No. 26 of 1949) on the State Pension Fund.
4: Temporary Act (No. 34 of 1951) on addition to the Act (No. 21 of 1946) about war pension for military personnel and Act (No. 22 of 1946) on the war pension home country personnel and civilians.
5: Act (No. 11 of 1951) on the pension scheme for Ministers in the Government.
6: Act (No. 11 of 1953) on the pension scheme for the pharmacy business, etc.
7: Act (No. 1 of November 1956) supplementing the Act (No. 26 of 1949) on State Pension Fund.
8: Act (No. 1 of December 1956) on age limits for public officials and others
9: Act (No. 00 of 1957) on the retirement of full-time officers who upon application was granted leave with reduced salary and service duty.
