Abstract/Citation: Amends and introduces the following articles in the act on universal application of wage agreements:

Article 1: Scope;
Article 4-8: Universal application of wage tariff agreements, duration, and role of the Norwegian Wage Council (Tariffnemnda);
Existing article 6 becomes article 9;
Article 10: Duty to provide information at the request of the Norwegian Wage Council;
Article 11: Inspection of working conditions and wages, in particular by The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority;
Article 12: Duty to inform and supervise;
Article 13: Duty of companies to share the costs if subcontractors are sentenced to compensate their employees;
Article 14: Boycott;
Article 15: Sanctions;
Existing article 11 becomes article 16.

Amends the Annual Leave Act article 11 to incorporate the changes made in article 13 of the act relating to general application of wage agreements (as described in the above).
