| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the title of chapter 3 concerning residence in relation to work and studies. Amends chapter 13 concerning regulations for foreigners included in the EEA agreement and the EFTA convention: Article 109-110: Scope. Article 111: Rules governing residence for up to 3 months. Article 112: Rules governing residence for more than 3 months. Article 113-114: Rules for family members (EEA and non-EEA citizens) of a residence permit holder. Article 115: Permanent residence permit for EEA citizens. Article 116: Permanent residence permit for non-EEA family members. Article 117-119: Registration and identification cards for residence permit holders. Article 120: Cancellation of residence permits. Article 121-125: Expulsion, other restrictions and rules governing further amendments in case of enlargement of the EEA area. Introduces regulations of the EEC Directive (2004/38) on duty of registration and permanent residence permit for EEA citizens. |
