|Abstract/Citation:||Amends and repeals, inter alia, the following Acts concerning primarily employment promotion and rights of the disabled to benefits and labour market activation:
Amends articles 2-4, 8, 10-18, 21-23 and 25 in the National Insurance Act concerning, inter alia, benefits after sustaining an occupational injury; duty to disclose information; pension for disabled workers including child support; overlapping of benefits; employment promoting activities; conditions for qualifying for sickness benefits; early retirement pension; conditions and duration of benefits during return to the labour market efforts.
Amends article 14a in the the Labour and Welfare Administration Act concerning an unemployed persons right to assistance from the relevant government agency in the elaboration of an activity plan to promote a return to the labour market.
Amends article 12 in the Introduction Act concerning overlapping of benefits.
Repeals article 11 in the Labour Market Act.
Amends article 1 in the Working Environment Act concerning apprenticeships and article 4 concerning retention and rights of workers who suffer occupational injury.
Also amends the following Acts:
- Act 13 December 1946 No. 21 relating to war pensions for military personnel.
- Act 13 December 1946 No. 22 relating to retirement benefits for military personnel at home and civilians.
- Act 26 June 1953 No. 11 relating to pension schemes for pharmacy operations, etc.
- Act 26 March 1999 No. 14 relating to Capital and Income Tax.
