Introduces chapter 11 concerning normal working hours for calculating daily benefits during unemployment. The chapter contains 3 articles:
Art. 1: Content and definitions.
Art. 2: Method for calculation of working hours before the unemployment period.
Art. 3: Maximum working hours that can be registered per week preceding the unemployment period.
