Lag (2010:85) om ändring i offentlighets- och sekretesslagen (2009:400).
Amends chapter 10 article 11 (obligation to provide information) and chapter 39 article 2 (exceptions to the rule of secrecy during employment) and 6 (confidentiality).

Introduces new articles 5a (selection tests during recruitment processes) and 5b (employment of director positions at certain authorities) to chapter 39. Introduces new titles immediately preceding articles 5a and 5b in chapter 39.
