Abstract/Citation: These regulations provide for labelling of pesticides, registration and licensing, manufacturing, importation, advertising, use, purchasing, repacking, retailing, etc. of pesticides. manufacture, import, advertise, use, sale or exposing or offer for sale requires approval of the pesticide by the Pesticides Board and registration of the pesticide which shall be published in the Official Gazette (reg. 3). Powers of the Board as regards registration of pesticides are set out in regulation 8. Regulation 18 provides for transport of pesticides.
