Laki rikoslain muuttamisesta.
Abstract/Citation
Amends chapter 2 section 7 (1), chapter 2c section 11 (1) p. 1, chapter 15 section 10 (1), chapter 40 section 9 (1) and chapter 45 section 1 (1) respecting war crimes, crimes against humanity, failure to report felony, violation of official duty and crimes in duty. Chapter 2 section 7 (1) and chapter 40 section 9 (1) as amended by Act 604/2002, chapter 2c section 11 (1) p. 1 and chapter 15 section 10 (a) as amended by Act 212/2008, chapter 45, section 1 (1) as amended by Act 559/2000.
Introduces to chapter 11 a new section 9a (torture) and to chapter 40 a new section 13 (reference provisions).
