| Abstract/Citation: | An Act to amend the National Human Rights Commission Act Cap. N46 of the Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004, to provide for, among other things, the independence of the the conduct of the affairs of the Commission, the funds of the Commission to be a direct charge on the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the Federation, establishment of the Human Rights Fund and recognition of and enforcement of the awards and recommendations of the Commission as decisions of the High Court. |
