Amends section 2 (1) p. 5, section 12 (3) (the Finnish language costume), section 16 (1) (introductory paragraph), section 63 (1) p. 3, section 66 (2), section 68 (2), section 69, section 74 (3) p. 2, section 76 (a) and (6), section 81 (2), section 82, section 84 (1) and (3), section 90 (1) and section 175. Section 76 (1) as amended by Act 1164/2007 and section 175 as partially amended by Act 1292/2006.

Introduces to section 76 (as amended by Act 1164/2007) a new (6) making the present (6) a new (7).
