| Abstract/Citation: | Amends chapter 5 section 13 (1), chapter 6 section 3 and section 4 (1), chapter 10 section 2, section 3 (2), section 5 (1), section 6 (2) and section 10 and chapter 11 section 4 (1) respecting provisions related to unemployment allowance and education allowance. Chapter 5 section 13 (1), chapter 10 section 5 (1) and section 6 (2) as amended by Act 1180/2005, chapter 6 section 3 as amended by Act 459/2005 and Act 1252/2006, chapter 10 section 2 as amended by Act 1364/2003, chapter 10 section 3 (2) as amended by Act 1252/2006, chapter 10 section 10 and chapter 11 section 4 (1) as amended by Act 1053/2008. Introduces to chapter 6a new section 3b respecting maximum period for payment of the employment plan. Repeals chapter 10 section 3 (3) (as amended by Act 1252/2006). |
