| Abstract/Citation: | Amends chapter 1 section 5 (1) p. 12 and 13, chapter 2 section 1 (2), chapter 3 section 1 (2) and chapter 4 section 1 (1) p. 2 respecting definitions, benefits, age and unemployment benefits. Chapter 1 section 5 (1) p. 12 and 13 as amended by Act 1354/2007, chapter 3 section 1 (2) as amended by Act 1330/2004 and chapter 4 section 1 (1) p. 2 as amended by Act 459/2005. Introduces to chapter 1 section 5 (1) (as partially amended by Acts 970/2003, 1217/2005, 459/2005 and 1354/2007) a new p. 14 (reason assimilated to lay-off), and to chapter 2 section 9 a new (2) (resignation and dismissal), making the current (2) becoming (3), and to Chapter 2 section 13 a new (4) (protection of skills). |
