| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 22c (1) and (3) (payment and collection process, the right to obtain and disclose information) and section 24b (2) (collection and refund of excess premiums). Section 22c (1) and (3) as amended by Act 363/2006 and section 24b (2) as amended by Act 1301/2002. Introduces to the Act a new section 22h respecting the right of the unemployment insurance fund to disclose information on its own initiative. |
