| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 2 (1) p. 5, 10 (title), 12 (title), 14 (title), 14 (1), 22 (1) and (4), 23, 25, 26 (title) and 26 (1), 27, 29, 125, 135 (1) and (3), and 154 (1). Section 135 (1) as amended by Act 1170/2007. Introduces new sections 1a, 8a, 8b, 9a, 10a-10c, 12a, 12b, 21a-21c, 135a, 141a and 141b and to section 11a new (2) and to section 114 a new (5). Amendments to the Act are related to pension regulations respecting farmers or fellows. |
