| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 47(1) (granting of continuous residence permit for persons abroad), 49(1) (granting of the first temporary residence permit for aliens entering the country without residence permit), 67(2) (the Migration Board as residence permit authority), 68(2) (the local police as residence permit authority), 81(1) (work without residence permit) and 190 (appeals). Section 67(2) and 190 as amended by the Act 973/2007, 68(2) as amended by the Act 358/2007 and 81(1) as partially amended by the Act 1279/2007. Introduces new sections 47a-47f (research institutes and hosting agreements) and 58a (revocation of residence permits based on the research directive). |
