Abstract/Citation: This ordinance increases the supplements to the pension that are aiming to compensate some injustices suffered during the communist regime and merits in the liberation movement during the World War II (see Act No. 198/1993 and Act No. 357/2005).
The supplements are increased by 3.9% for all supplements attributed before the 1st of January 2011 and this increase will be effective with the first payment coming after the 31st of December 2010.
