| Abstract/Citation: | Amends following sections of the Act No 5/2004: Sections 12, 13, 18, 27, 45 - 47, 49a, 50. Adds Section 50j on subventions for encouraging employment, for realization of measures of protection against flood and for coping with consequences of a extraordinary situation. Amends Section 51 and repeals Section 51a. Amends sections 53, 53c, 54, 56, 56a, 57, 63, 64. Repeals Section 64a, Amends also Sections 65a, 65b and 69. Adds Sections 72n - 72r. Also makes amendments to Act 599/2003 and Act No. 49/2009. |
