Abstract/Citation: The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the employment security of the aged and to the development of the national economy by prohibiting discrimination in employment on the grounds of age without reasonable causes and supporting and promoting the employment of the aged so that they can have jobs suitable for their abilities.
