Abstract/Citation
To be read together with the Laws on the Police Force (Law No. 73(I) of 2004; Law No. 94(I) of 2005; Law No. 28(I) of 2006; Law No. 73(I) of 2006; Law No. 153(I) of 2006; Law No. 93(I) of 2008). It introduces a new article 44A related to the mandatory retirement of special police officer and the process of retirement.
