| Abstract/Citation: | This Proclamation appoints 1989-01-01 as the day that the Agreement on Social Security Between Canada and the Commonwealth of Dominica enters into force. The provisions of the agreement cover such situations as where a person is employed in one of the two countries but performs services in the other country, the computation and accrual of benefits, and other matters related thereto or connected therewith. |
