Abstract/Citation: Regulates the right to social assistance, its beneficiaries, the conditions for entitlement to social assistance, its amount, allocation period and the payment method, assessment procedure, repayment, financing, monitoring and data collection.
The following Acts are repealed when this one comes into force:
With the enactment of this Act shall expire:
- Rules on the identification of savings and assets and the value provided essential care in the process for the allocation of social assistance (Official Gazette No. 68/01, 71/01 - corr., 119/05 and 36/07),
- Rules on the methodology to take account of income from operations for the right to financial benefits aid (Official Gazette No. 64/01 and 42/07)
- Rules on the methodology to take account of income from agricultural activities for the right to cash social assistance and unemployment assistance (Official Gazette No. 39/07)
- Rules of forms and applications for the grant of social assistance and the types of evidence (Official Gazette No. 68/01, 69/01 - corr., 107/03 and 45/07),
- Rules of the database on cash aid (Official Gazette No. 64/01)
- Rules of the property to be considered in determining eligibility for income support (Official Gazette No. 1.25)
