Abstract/Citation: An Ordinance to confer statutory rights on employees arising out of their employment and for purposes connected therewith. Part II provides for particular terms of employment. Part III provides for rights arising in the course of employment. Sections 26-30 provide for trade union membership and activities. Part IV provides for maternity pay, benefits and the right to return to work. Part VI provides rules for unfair dismissal. Part VII concerns redundancy payments. Part VIII provides for employees rights in respect of insolvency of employer.
