| Abstract/Citation: | Amends the 2007 Regulations by repealing in the definition of "wages" in section 2 the words "includes tips and payments based on output, productivity or performance", and substituting them with the words "means the payment made for work done by an employee, as provided by law or in terms of an agreement but not lower than the amount described by law". |
