Abstract/Citation: The amendments provide that Act No. 330/1996 on occupational health and safety protection and Act No. 272/1994 on protection of public health are no longer the basic texts for this Ordinance. Act No. 124/2006 on occupational health protection and Act No. 126/2006 on public health are now the basic texts. The amendments concern sections 3, 4, 9, 14 and their corresponding footnotes, as well as Annexes 1 and 2.
