| Abstract/Citation: | Adds inter alia Section 19a to Act No. 155/1995 providing details of eligibility for old-age benefits. Also modifies sections 29, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36 and repeals section 30 concerning retirement. Modifies sections 37-42, 49-54 and Sections 56, 58, 59, 61a and 64 concerning invalidity benefits. Complements annex to the Act No. 155/1995 determining retirement age as function of year of birth. This Act also includes some technical amendments to a number of Acts including Acts No. 582/1991 on the organization and implementation of social security, 40/1994, 586/1992 on income taxes, 589/1992 on Social security and State employment policy premiums, 592/1992 on General Health Insurance Premiums, 42/1994 on State-contributory supplementary Pension Insurance, 117/1995, 48/1997, 169/1999, 220/1999, 221/1999 on professional soldiers, 222/1999, 326/1999, 218/2000, 239/2000, 240/2000, 250/2000, 218/2002, 361/2003 on the relation of service of members of police, 435/2004, 561/2004, 357/2005, 110/2006, 111/2006, 187/2006, 189/2006, 245/2006, 262/2006, 266/2006 and 267/2006. These amendments mainly concern reference updates. |
