Abstract/Citation: Repeals articles 3a, 7a, 15d and 33a. Amends article 12 concerning the conditions for being eligible for unemployment benefit; art. 15 concerning the calculation of the working time preceding a period of unemployment, used to calculate the unemployment benefits; and art. 17a concerning absence from work that is exempt from the calculations of an applicant's preceding normal working time. In short, this Act repeals the introductions and most of the amendments made in 2009:1596.
