Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Social Development No. 46 of 16 February 2009 to approve the list of industries, professions and positions that, due to particular hazardous working conditions, entitle workers to free preventive medicinal food, preventive medical diets, approving the standards for the free distribution of vitamins and the rules for the free distribution of preventive medicinal food.

For employees working in particularly hazardous conditions, the Ordinance establishes norms for receiving special medical food, free distribution of vitamins, and also establishes the list of special weekly food for above mentioned categories of employees.
