Abstract/Citation: Repeals article 30a. Changes art. 28 into art. 23b, and art. 29 into art. 25a. Amends the following articles:
Art. 7 concerning the right to unemployment benefits;
Art. 16, 17, 23, 23b concerning the calculation of an applicant's normal working time;
Art. 24-25, 25a, 26, 27a, 30, 31 and 37 concerning the calculation of full and partial unemployment benefits; and
Art. 48c concerning the right of an unemployment fund to request relevant documents from the Insurance Fund and the Central Student Grant Administration.
Adds the following 12 articles:
Art. 15a-c concerning the time frame for calculating an applicant's normal working time;
Art. 19, 22a-b, 23a and 23c-g concerning the calculation of an applicant's normal working time as the basis for calculating unemployment benefits.
