Abstract/Citation: Repeals articles 34a and 98. Amends the following articles:
art. 34 concerning the right to join an unemployment fund;
art. 37 concerning the procedure for exclusion of a member;
art. 48-49 concerning a financing fee to be paid from the unemployment fund to the state;
art. 87 concerning the conditions for membership of an unemployment fund; and
art. 95 concerning appeals of the decisions of an unemployment fund.
Adds art. 48a-b concerning the payment of an unemployment fee from the unemployment fund to the state; and art. 94a concerning the obligation of an unemployment insurance scheme to provide an unemployment fund with certain information about the activities of the members.
