Abstract/Citation: Regulates the extradition of foreign persons from Indonesia. Extradition is defined as the handover by one country to another country requesting the handover of a person suspected or charged for conducting a criminal act outside the jurisdiction of the country handing over and within the jurisdiction of the country requesting the handover, having the right to prosecute and convicting the incumbent.
