| Abstract/Citation: | The consolidation of the Ordinance includes a total of 6 amending texts through December 2014 (up to Ordinance 2014:1543). The consolidated text includes various amendments. Contains provisions for the National Minorities and Minority Languages Act and instructions for state contributions to regional authorities to cover additional costs incurred by the act. Contains 14 articles concerning, inter alia: Articles 1-4: Content, the authorities responsible for follow-up and the opportunities of the minority groups of a municipality to choose which regional jurisdiction they will belong to. Articles 5-12: Conditions for and size of state contributions to regional authorities. Articles 13: Requirements for economic reporting from the regional authorities. Article 14: Appeals. Repeals ordinance (2000:868). |
