| Abstract/Citation: | Section 2 defines the qualifications needed for the eligibility for each of the 16 salary classes. Section 3 gives details of conditions for attribution of salary classes for professional soldiers as well as exceptions from to general rule. Sections 4 and 5 specify conditions and modalities of attribution of salary steps within a given salary class. Sections 6 and 7 give the rules concerning the salary tariffs. Section 8 regulates the personal salary supplement. Section 9 regulates salary supplement for leadership position. Section 10 regulates salary supplements for work in arduous conditions. Sections 11 and 12 regulate special supplements and Section 13 regulates bonuses. Annex 1 gives the scale of salary tariffs according to salary classes and salary steps; Annex 2 gives the levels of supplements for leadership position. |
