Abstract/Citation: Defines work devices and establishes duties of employers with regard to the safety and health of workers working with such devices. Incorporates into Slovak legal system the Directive of Council of Europe No. 89/655/EEC of 30 November 1989, as amended by Directive No. 95/63/EC of 5 December 2005. Annex 1 details minimum requirements for work device. Annex 2 lists the requirements for use of work device.
