Abstract/Citation: The Ordinance incorporates into Slovak legal system the Directive of the Council of European Communities No. 92/57/EEC of 24 June 1992. Sections 6 to 8 define the duties of employers in ensuring occupational safety and health on construction site. Section 10 gives some guidelines for cooperation, coordination and negotiation between employees and employers with regard to occupational safety and health. This ordinance repeals ordinance No. 510/2001 as modified by Ordinance No. 282/2004.
